Each session will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes, combining fitness and table tennis moves, all led by the talented Joyce Xu, a former national team player with extensive training in aerobic table tennis instruction. Get ready to enjoy table tennis-specific exercises set to upbeat music and track your progress with baseline testing!
