This past weekend, we experienced an unforgettable day of table tennis spanning Samba K’E Park, N’dilo, and Dettah. It was truly heartwarming to see so many community members, kids and adults alike, join us to enjoy the sport across various venues, from scenic ice roads to vibrant community centers.

Our day began early at Samba K’E Park, where enthusiasts braved the chilly weather to warm up at our mobile table tennis setups. As we moved on to N’dilo, the energy was palpable, with local residents eagerly waiting to test their skills on both regular and small-sized tables. The highlight of our tour was in Dettah, where a sturdy concrete table became the center of spirited matches that captivated both players and spectators alike.

We are overwhelmed by the community turnout and the enthusiasm for Table Tennis, which has proven to be more than just a game, it’s a way to bring people together, foster community spirit, and encourage active living, even in the coldest months.

Looking ahead, we are excited to return to these communities and expand our reach to more locations in the near future. Our goal is to keep the momentum going and continue to build on the day’s success, making table tennis accessible to even more people.

We extend a huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event a success. A special thanks goes to the Municipal and Community Affairs (MACA) for their support, which was instrumental in bringing this event to life. Your partnership helps us inspire more people to pick up a paddle, connect with their neighbors, and have fun.

Stay tuned to our website and social media channels for updates on future events and how you can get involved in spreading the joy of table tennis throughout our beautiful region.
